The challenge: scaling Microsoft Secure Score with centralized management 

With growing regulatory and commercial pressure, Microsoft Secure Score was becoming increasingly important to Procano's customers. They needed a simple way to understand, measure, and track their own security. After identifying this, Procano wanted to offer their customers a holistic, Microsoft-focused approach to cyber security.  

They needed to centralise their Microsoft 365 configurations, and required a solution custom-built for the delivery of Managed Microsoft Security at scale.  

The solution: clear visibility on operations, error-free configurations, and fast remediation of policy drift

inforcer's Partner Center Companion dashboard helps Procano track average Secure Scores across their customer base and quickly make improvements, no longer having to spend time switching between tenants in partner center. They can assess their entire Secure Score landscape from a single pane of glass, breaking down information per tenant easily to identify specific issues and remediate individual customer problems.  

The Tenant Alignment feature helps Procano standardize Microsoft 365 and Intune policies across multiple tenants, automating environment configuration and reducing risk through policy drift detection. Centrally viewing and managing all customer tenants through the partner dashboard means greater visibility over operations, facilitating error-free configurations and fast remediation of policy drift.

 

The results: a 40% increase in Microsoft Secure Score ranking
