The Tenant Alignment feature gives KNNS clear insights into how closely customer tenants align with their baseline configuration. They can then efficiently deploy policies and settings or consciously accept deviations where appropriate.

Onboarding now takes just a few minutes within new environments, and for existing environments, KNNS can now complete onboarding in just one day. This is compared to a full week previously. Engineers can easily identify misaligned policies and settings, and the built-in AI explanations provide them with a clear picture of configurations.  

KNNS can now easily note and accept deviations, helping them understand customer-specific choices and ensuring that they don’t overwrite valid exceptions with their baseline. New policies and features can be pushed to all managed tenants with a single action, eliminating the need to log into each environment individually. 

Thanks to the built-in reporting features, KNNS can clearly demonstrate the impact of their work and show ongoing value. Whether it's policy alignment, deviation handling, or tenant-wide updates, the visual summaries and detailed breakdowns help them showcase improvements, justify decisions, and build trust with their clients.
