The Microsoft 365 tenant is now what your customers’ businesses run on. It provides the environment for effective remote work, and houses crucial corporate files and data. In other words, the tenant is the new server, and it must be continually monitored, maintained, supported, and secured.
A Microsoft 365 Business Premium license already contained everything you need to secure your customers across identity, endpoints, and data. What was missing was an efficient and scalable way for an MSP to configure and standardize policies across fifty or five hundred tenants, without a senior engineer clicking through portals all day.
