inforcer pricing scales based on the products you use. inforcer 365 Manager is priced per tenant, while inforcer Threat Detection & Response (TDR) is priced per individual with a mailbox. With TDR, you do not pay for admin accounts, service accounts, guest users, or shared mailboxes, but those accounts are still protected. Volume discounts are available as you grow.
Your pricing is based on the products you choose, the number of Microsoft 365 tenants you manage, and/or the number of users covered by TDR. Our team will build a custom quote based on your current environment and expected growth.
inforcer 365 Manager has a minimum commitment of 20 tenants, while inforcer TDR has a minimum commitment of 50 users. Both require a 12-month term.
Yes. Larger commitments qualify for lower per-tenant or per-user pricing. Volume tiers and partner growth discounts are also available based on your MSP’s scale and projected growth.
TDR licenses are pooled across your MSP. You purchase a volume that reflects your current customer base and can allocate those licenses across whichever tenants you choose. If you lose a client or one downsizes, those licenses return to your pool and can be allocated to another tenant.
You control whether your bill goes up. If a customer's tenant grows and there are no available licenses in your pool, inforcer won't stop protecting the additional users. You decide when to add more licenses, or you can enable auto-add if you’d rather have your license count adjust automatically. Either way, there are no surprise increases to your bill.
Yes, we offer a two-week free trial of inforcer that includes Microsoft 365 management, monitoring, and threat detection and response.
No. Unlike high-watermark pricing, where peak usage can become your billing floor for the remainder of your term, TDR allows you to scale your license count back down to your contracted minimum commitment. If you lose a customer or one downsizes, you’re not stuck paying for licenses you no longer need.
We accept standard business payment methods including ACH and major credit cards. Annual billing options are also available.
inforcer pricing varies based on the products you choose, your number of tenants and users, and your volume commitment. Volume discounts and partner growth incentives may also apply. Request a custom quote and we'll provide pricing based on your current environment and expected growth.
