Build, brand, and run custom assessments to quickly evaluate any Microsoft 365 tenant against industry frameworks or your own custom standards.
Without a structured tool, assessing how each tenant measures up against a framework like CIS or NIS2 means pulling data from multiple admin centers and reconciling it manually. It's inconsistent, time-consuming, and difficult to repeat at the frequency customers actually need.
Raw configuration data doesn't land well in a QBR. Without a way to turn assessment outputs into branded, customer-facing reports with clear recommendations, the value of the work becomes difficult to communicate.
Misconfigurations, underutilised Microsoft 365 features, and gaps in security coverage represent real revenue opportunities. Without a systematic way to surface them across your tenant base, most of them go unnoticed until a customer asks or until something goes wrong.
One platform to manage access, identity, and compliance for every tenant your MSP serves.
Quickly assess how tenants measure against a standard security framework like CIS, NIS2, Essential 8, or CMMC. Or easily select from a library of pre-built checks to create assessments that are tailor made for your unique services. Give customers defensible evidence for audits, certifications, or regulatory conversations and position your MSP as a trusted advisor for compliance readiness.
Uncover opportunities to maximise the value of existing investments without undertaking large projects. Identify misconfigurations or missing controls across Microsoft 365 tenants, highlight quick wins across the suite, and surface adoption opportunities where Microsoft 365 isn't being used to its full potential. Use assessments to create a pipeline of new initiatives tied to customer outcomes and upsell new services.
Validate that each tenant is aligned to your MSP's ideal configuration or framework. Receive clear descriptions of each check in the assessment alongside targeted remediation steps, allowing you to quickly spot configuration drift and bring tenants back into alignment. Demonstrate to customers that your standards are applied consistently across their environment.
Provide customised, branded, customer-facing reports that clearly show progress, risks, and opportunities. Transform QBRs from check-ins into strategic conversations with data and visuals, and reinforce your value by providing proactive monitoring and continuous improvement. For example, our Copilot Readiness Assessment clearly shows a tenant’s AI maturity and provides targeted next steps.

"inforcer has helped us better define what we do and improve how we deliver. To any other Microsoft Partner considering whether to work with inforcer, I d simply ask: can you afford not to?”
Tom Lovell,
Chief Technology Officer, Infinity Group
“With inforcer, we realized we had something that would allow us to define a security standard, and roll that out easily across all our customers. Without it, enrolling a single customer would have required multiple different skillsets and a much longer timeframe."
Gary Melvin,
Security Division Lead, Nostra
"Unlike other platforms that try to be everything to everyone, inforcer stood out as a pure specialist. Their focus on doing one thing exceptionally well, policy alignment and tenant security, was exactly what we needed."
Daniel Gough,
Systems Engineer - Managed Services, Techcare
"inforcer is the best platform for our needs: it s fast, easy to understand, and has the best selection of settings available compared to other M365 configuration solutions. It has made it much more manageable to deliver the full value of Microsoft 365 Business Premium to our customers".

Link your customers' Microsoft 365 environments to inforcer. Tenants can be enrolled in minutes and fetched directly from your Partner Center, with no complex configuration required.
Select from inforcer's library of industry frameworks such as CIS, NIS2, Essential 8, CMMC, and more, or build a custom assessment from pre-built checks. Apply it to one tenant or your entire base.
View Alignment Scores showing how each tenant is meeting your chosen baseline, and generate branded, exportable reports for customer-facing conversations. Use the findings to guide remediation work, identify upsell opportunities, and build a scalable assessment service.

Natively measuring a tenant's configuration against a framework like CIS or NIS2 means cross-referencing Microsoft admin center settings against framework controls one tenant at a time. You’ll also need to do it again for every subsequent assessment in order to track their progress over time.
For an MSP with dozens of customers, that's not a sustainable process. That means most tenants are either never formally assessed or are assessed inconsistently.
inforcer automates that process. Once a framework is selected, the assessment runs against the tenant's live configuration and surfaces results immediately. This includes details such as which controls are met, which are failing, and what the recommended remediation steps are. The same assessment can be run across your entire customer base in a fraction of the time it would take to complete one manually.
The traditional QBR problem for MSPs is that the conversation tends to be reactive: summarising what happened, defending decisions, fielding complaints. Evidence-driven QBRs are different, and they are far more effective.
When you can walk into a review with a branded report showing exactly how a tenant's security posture compares to a recognised standard, what's improved since the last assessment, and where the next set of opportunities lies, you’re in a position to start adding value for the customer immediately.
inforcer's exportable, branded assessment reports are designed for this use case. The data is there, the recommendations are clear, and the format is customer-ready. The ability to schedule these reports at regular intervals also supports consistent compliance documentation and significantly reduces the work of preparing for a QBR while ensuring strategic alignment through deeper, more data-driven tenant conversations.
Most MSPs have customers who are underutilizing Microsoft 365 features they're already paying for, or running configurations that fall short of what their industry or risk profile demands. Those gaps represent revenue opportunities, but identifying them consistently across a large customer base without a structured tool is difficult.
inforcer's assessment framework surfaces these gaps systematically, across every enrolled tenant, in every assessment cycle. Whether it's a missing security control, an unused feature that would add genuine value, or a compliance gap that creates risk for the customer, inforcer identifies it and gives you the language to have the conversation.
For MSPs that run assessments regularly, that becomes a reliable source of new service initiatives tied directly to customer outcomes. Everyone wins.

inforcer supports assessments against a wide range of recognized security frameworks, including:
Our platform also allows you to conduct tenant assessments based on custom standards you can create using inforcer's library of pre-built checks.
Once you onboard a tenant, performing an assessment takes just a few clicks. Navigate to the Assessments tab in your inforcer dashboard, select the kind of assessment you want to run and the tenant you want to run it for from the drop-down menus, and click the “Run Assessment” button. This generates an executive-style summary complete with an overall score, a pass/fail count, and any applicable warnings. You’ll also receive a breakdown of assessments by category (i.e. for each Microsoft 365 service you are assessing for the tenant in question), and a visual category analysis that can help you see what to prioritize at a glance. The assessment process itself takes only a few seconds.
You’ll need to select each tenant you want to run an assessment for from the drop-down menu in the Assess tab separately. But since inforcer is built for multi-tenant management, it enables you to run these assessments for every tenant from within a single platform instead of logging into each tenant individually. This saves countless hours for your software engineers.
Yes. inforcer generates executive reports designed for customer-facing use. They include clear summaries of assessment results, framework compliance scores, and targeted remediation recommendations that assist with QBRs, audit conversations, or compliance reviews.
Tenant assessments evaluate each tenant's Microsoft 365 configuration against security frameworks or your own custom standards. The Copilot readiness assessment is a specific assessment focused on whether a customer is ready to safely adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, covering Microsoft 365 adoption, security, technical readiness, and data governance. Both are available within the inforcer platform.
