The challenge

Infinity Group is responsible for managing a large number of Microsoft 365 tenants across many different areas of Microsoft 365.

Previously, they were using open-source solutions such as Microsoft365DSC for its tenant configuration and management, along with JSON templates and PowerShell scripts to help automate processes.
