How inforcer aided M365 expansion, migration, and productization for one of Ireland’s largest MSPs, Nostra 

Delivering more than 300 projects per year, Nostra is one of the fastest growing MSPs in Ireland. They currently serve more than 300 Microsoft 365 clients and are welcoming more as part of ongoing acquisitions.

The challenge

As Nostra serves hundreds of Microsoft tenants and thousands of users, cyber security is an ongoing priority. Amidst several new acquisitions, Nostra needed to enroll every new tenant into its own Microsoft stack, bring them up to the company’s own high security standards, and transition them to a new service provider smoothly and seamlessly. 

The solution

Starting with inforcer’s policy baselines, the team at Nostra was able to create standardized security frameworks and deploy these at scale across their customers’ tenants.  

As almost all of their customers have Microsoft Business Premium licenses, Nostra has also used inforcer to make the most of extra security solutions including Entra ID, Intune and Defender.

The results

inforcer’s policy management has been instrumental in facilitating the creation of Nostra’s Cloud Shield 365, a premium security package offering 10-layer protection against ransomware. Cloud Shield 365 has allowed Nostra to turn their additional security licenses into an exclusive new product offering.  

inforcer also helps Nostra optimize their in-house processes. Before inforcer, Nostra's onboarding process required multiple technicians with an array of skillsets, across several days. Now, this has been reduced to just a few hours for a single technician – saving on time and resources, and freeing Microsoft technicians to work on more valuable projects.
