The challenge: onboarding new tenants at scale with robust security standards 

As Nostra serves hundreds of Microsoft tenants and thousands of users, cyber security is an ongoing priority. Amidst several new acquisitions, Nostra needed to enroll every new tenant into its own Microsoft stack, bring them up to the company’s own high security standards, and transition them to a new service provider smoothly and seamlessly.  

The solution: implementing a standardized baseline to deploy frameworks at scale 

Starting with inforcer’s policy baselines, the team at Nostra was able to create standardized security frameworks and deploy these at scale across their customers’ tenants, saving on valuable time and resources through a streamlined process.

As almost all of their customer base has Microsoft Business Premium licenses, Nostra has also used inforcer to make the most of extra security solutions including Entra ID, Intune and Defender.

The results: reduced onboarding and tenant configuration times from days to hours 

inforcer’s policy management has been instrumental in facilitating the creation of Nostra’s Cloud Shield 365, a premium security package offering 10-layer protection against ransomware. Cloud Shield 365 has allowed Nostra to turn their additional security licenses into an exclusive new product offering.   

inforcer also helps Nostra optimize their in-house processes. Before inforcer, Nostra's onboarding process required multiple technicians with an array of skillsets, working across several days and utilizing a wide variety of methods, risking potential inconsistencies across deployment. Now, this has been reduced to just a few hours for a single technician – saving on time and resources, and freeing Microsoft technicians to work on more valuable projects.  

With inforcer, Nostra was able to maximize technical resource deployment through streamlined processes, reducing onboarding and tenant configuration times from days t ohours. They also developed a new security offering, leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
