With centralized services no longer buried in repetitive work, Jimmy and his team have more time to focus on higher-value projects like cybersecurity, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.

“These are critical delivery areas for our business. But in the past, things were too noisy. We couldn't devote the proper amount of time to them to do it right,” Kevin said.

Their next goal is to find ways to turn inforcer’s insights into new projects and revenue models.
