The team can also track policy drift in real time using the Tenant Alignment feature. If there is an unapproved deviation that needs to be addressed with a customer, they can immediately pull a report to highlight issues. They can isolate with the tags or with filtering what has been deviated and provide instant actionable insights to their customer, saving them a huge amount of time. 


inforcer’s webhooks and email notifications have allowed Cloudbox to introduce a brand-new drift monitoring process. By looking through the email notifications, they can easily understand what has changed within a client’s environment within a 24-hour period and compares against their PSA system to see if the change was requested, before taking remediation actions if necessary.
