With around 90 employees manually managing hundreds of Microsoft 365 tenants, Aspect ICT faced significant challenges with inconsistency. Each customer environment was being configured differently by individual engineers, making it difficult to enforce a security standard across all tenants. Implementing inforcer created a shift from a fragmented and manual process to a standardized and proactive operating model. Central to this transformation was the creation of a standardized baseline, allowing engineers to continuously measure every environment against a defined benchmark. Tenant Alignment features meant that configuration could be easily replicated, whilst dashboards and reporting gave Aspect ICT the visibility they had previously been missing.
inforcer improved their customer engagement through Copilot Manager and Copilot Readiness Assessments, which provided real data on their customer’s AI adoption and shadow AI usage. This meant that employees could have data-driven conversations with customers, identifying licensing or usage gaps, and improving conversion rates.
For engineers, the platform introduced greater control. They no longer needed to build configurations from scratch or navigate inconsistencies between tenants. Every change was logged and continuously monitored, meaning that the risk of misconfiguration drastically reduced, whilst confidence in deployments increased.
By removing manual configuration, Aspect ICT could also operate more efficiently while expanding service offerings, all while unlocking new upsell opportunities.

With inforcer, configuration times have reduced significantly. For example, setting up core Microsoft Intune configurations has been cut from approximately 40 hours to 16 hours - a reduction of over 50%. Beyond time savings, the quality and consistency of deployments have both improved, giving teams greater assurance that environments are correctly configured. From a security perspective, standardized baselines now ensure that every tenant meets a defined minimum standard, with continuous monitoring detecting and remediation deviations.
