Since using inforcer, Abtis has gained a clear overview of Microsoft 365 configurations across all their managed tenants. The ability to define standardized baselines and automatically apply them significantly reduced manual work and improved consistency.

inforcer provides clear visibility into configuration drift by highlighting deviations from defined policies. This allows Abtis to quickly identify gaps, assess risks, and take corrective action before misconfigurations become a security or compliance issue.

Crucially, inforcer can create Incidents in Abtis’ iTSM platform, ServiceNow, when policy drift occurs so that the Operations team can efficiently rectify drifts. The configuration for the webhook ServiceNow connection is extremely flexible and well documented, meaning it took minimal effort for Abtis to get it up and running.
