Jon Hope
With 15 years of experience across the MSP and datacenter services landscape, including six years leading Azure Migrations. Jon has primarily focused on security configuration management across the M365 ecosystem spanning Entra Identity, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, and Microsoft Defender. My heart belongs to Identity!
Identity is the modern security perimeter, and Conditional Access is its foundation. Jon approaches every engagement with that lens, ensuring policy intent translates into real, enforceable protection.

Roy Klooster
With close to a decade of hands-on experience across enterprise consultancy and the managed services ecosystem, Roy specialises in baselines, assessments and compliance reporting across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. His focus is on the detail between the lines, exposing the anomalies and configuration drift that Graph and the admin portals do not surface on their own, so MSPs and their customers know where a tenant actually stands. He is the creator of the open-source InforcerCommunity PowerShell module, built to do exactly that at scale.
