Prize draw terms and conditions:
The prize draw is free to enter and is open to participants who (1) are Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and (2) have booked a demo with one of our sales team members through the specific promotional page at the Event or directly with an inforcer sales representative. This prize draw is not eligible to existing inforcer customers. The prize draw is only open during the Event and exact details on when the drawing(s) will take place will be provided at the Event. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to human error, technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.
A winner will be chosen by random draw on the date(s) and time(s) provided at the Event. If the winner is announced at the Promoter’s booth at the date(s) and time(s) specified at the Event, to be eligible to win, the participant must be present at the Promoter’s booth at the relevant time(s) posted for the prize drawing. If the selected winner is not present at the Promoter’s booth at the time of the prize drawing, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with these terms.
If the winner is not announced at the Event, the winner will be drawn at random after the Event and the winner will be contacted directly. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days from when they are contacted, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with these terms.
The winner will receive one LEGO® Star Wars Dark Falcon. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The prize may be electronically sent (for digital prizes) or physically given (for tangible prizes) to the winner at the time of the prize drawing, as applicable, or, upon the request of the winner, delivered to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
The prize draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, void, suspend or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

The “Event” refers to Kaseya Connect Local Amsterdam.
