London, UK – 30th July 2026 – inforcer, a unified Microsoft security and AI management platform built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), today announced a $50 million Series C funding round led by global software investor Insight Partners.
inforcer has experienced rapid global adoption over the past 24 months, driven by increasing demand from MSPs to standardize, secure, and monetize Microsoft 365 and AI services at scale. inforcer’s traction has resulted in the company raising Series A, B, and C rounds in just 18 months.
As MSPs increasingly deliver Microsoft security, compliance, and AI-focused services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), the need for a scalable, multi-tenant control plane has never been greater. inforcer meets this need, as the platform allowing MSPs to consolidate on Microsoft 365 security and AI.
SMB AI and security budgets are growing, and MSPs need to respond to this demand. Every SMB is now turning to their MSP for AI enablement and consultancy. There is certainly competitive pressure in the MSP market, with many beginning to transition into becoming AI service providers. To stay relevant, MSPs need the right tools to support this shift - and inforcer wants to be the vendor to provide them.
Copilot Manager and Shadow AI detection are the first of many inforcer solutions allowing MSPs an easy entry point into delivering a repeatable Managed AI service at scale. However, while AI presents an incredible opportunity, it also creates unprecedented risk for SMBs.
AI is dramatically reducing the skill barrier to cybercrime. We've now entered a world where powerful capabilities that were previously limited to highly trained specialists are becoming accessible to a much wider audience.
Attack timelines are condensing because once an account is compromised, attackers can use AI to analyze a tenant, understand what data is valuable, identify key people, and determine what to target far faster than a human ever could. AI is also lowering the barrier to sophisticated social engineering. Models can quickly learn writing style, tone of voice, business context and even language to create far more personalized and convincing phishing and business email compromise attempts.
SMBs are facing threats that are more automated, more scalable and harder to defend against than we’ve ever seen before. That's exactly why MSPs need better tools to secure their customers and why inforcer is investing heavily to build them for our partners.
“Anthropic’s Claude Code can make anyone a ‘vibe coder’ and Mythos has the potential to make anyone a hacker. The threat landscape has never been more dangerous for SMBs,” said Jamie Daum, inforcer CEO. “This funding round has armed us to expand our platform to help MSPs defend their SMB customers against advancing threats, especially those enhanced by AI.”
inforcer has recently expanded the platform to include Threat Detection & Response (inforcer TDR) to help MSPs rapidly identify both human and AI-enhanced threats, contain breaches, and prevent the recurrence of attacks across large SMB customer estates.
inforcer is the first platform to unify Microsoft management and left and right of boom security. MSPs can now benefit from a seamless, AI-enhanced, end-to-end management experience, creating unmatched operational efficiencies and risk reduction. With inforcer, MSPs can consolidate on Microsoft technologies, create a robust AI service offering, and ultimately alter their unit economics in a way never possible before, maximizing the value of their companies.
Insight Partners joins inforcer at a time of strong momentum, reflecting its long-standing strategy of partnering with category-defining software companies globally.
Taking a minority stake alongside the existing investors Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital, Insight Partners brings a wealth of sector experience from its existing investments in some of the most innovative companies in cloud, security, and infrastructure, including Kaseya, Veeam, SentinelOne, Darktrace, Mimecast and Wiz.
“As AI adoption grows throughout the enterprise, securing and driving AI readiness across productivity platforms is crucial for MSPs,” said Matt Koran, Principal at Insight Partners. “Our conviction in inforcer is driven by its velocity of innovation, deep alignment with Microsoft and commitment to MSP success that positions the company as a transformational leader in the category.”
