The challenge

Before using inforcer, ACUTEC didn’t have a simple way to copy configurations between tenants. Onboarding customers took a lot of manual effort, and they were spending a significant amount of time setting up policies manually. They wanted a tool to standardize baselines, reduce manual effort, and save engineering time by automating deployments and maintaining consistency across all customer environments. 

The solution

ACUTEC used inforcer to create a standardized baseline with their optimal policy configuration. They then used Tenant Alignment to roll these policies out across their customer base and ensure continual alignment. Aligning customers to their baseline means that they can eliminate any potential errors that might accidentally occur during manual onboarding.  

They don’t have to log into multiple portals to manage Intune, Entra ID, and Defender policies across multiple tenants anymore; they can configure, deploy, and manage everything through inforcer.
